Schreber et la musique : de la révélation divine au non-sens de lalangue

Abstract : We propose to investigate, with the support of “Memoirs of My Nervous” (President Daniel Paul Schreber) and the teachings of Jacques Lacan, the rare comments made by Schreber with music. What Schreber said about music, where he found refuge, like what was imposed on him in the chorus of voices, teaches us about what in fact is not only language, but also “lalangue”. We attempt to demonstrate, in support of joint psychoanalysis and music, two fields of research that respectively originate from the authors of this article.
