Pour une approche « propensionniste » des phénomènes d’information – communication organisationnelle

Abstract : This article, from a communication during the 20 years of the review conference of the Communication and organization strives to draw the consequences of the assumption that if the in-Training is a shaping process and setting direction, this process is dynamic and involves both organizational forms, shapes and object-semiotic forms, and can not be reduced to one of these dimensions. It attempts to clarify this issue and to open a debate on overcoming dualistic views and mentalists from a mobilization and recomposition of the concept of « propensity », borrowed from both Karl Popper and François Jullien, and advocate a comprehensive approach to organizational logic of information-communications, process thoughts as imaginary institution of social forms.
